For those that have enquired about our new website, it was completed last Friday and the site was looking like going live on Tuesday but the website designer has been having issues with the domain name. I will provide an update when site is live!!

Just over 1 week ago we received a call from a customer at Gillieston Heights, NSW for advice regarding his slow Wi-Fi connection throughout his house, the speed of his internet connection FTP at the Network Termination Point was 940Mbps, the customer was receiving average Wi-Fi connection speeds of 320Mbps 18ms ping rate. We offered the customer a CAT6 data cabling solution from the NTP to data points throughout the house and advised he may receive speeds of 800Mbps at each point, the customer gave us the go ahead with the job and after our installation was complete the customer achieved connection speeds of 922Mbps 5ms ping rate at his office data point and his Wi-Fi speed increased to 670-700Mbps. The customer was very happy with the outcome and wrote a nice review for Coast Com Data.

Received some fantastic feedback from a customer on the Central Coast, we installed a 4 IP Camera System for their residential premises last week. Predominantly so they have 24/7 video surveillance of their property with Ultra High Definition images, but they are very impressed with the smart event features of the Hikvision IP cameras and IP NVR which allows them to create line detection across the front of their house and if any uninvited people enter the property and cross that drawn line it triggers an alarm, the customer then immediately receives an email with 3 snapshot photos from the cameras to alert them and no false alarms have occurred with their setup. The customer is familiar with previous CCTV systems, where they have received false alarms from sensitive motion detection but have overcome this problem by installing our IP camera system.
