PRICING.
We don’t claim to be the cheapest and on the odd occasion we do hear “Another repairer quoted cheaper”
One thing we won’t be beaten on though is the quality of parts.
There are mutliple things to consider though that alot of people don’t such as is there a warranty? Hows the after sales support?Quality of parts,quality of workmanship.
While we try and explain the difference in part quality and other factors for some all it comes down to is cost which we understand.
We politely support they’re decision to go elsewhere but we also stand by our pricing especially when we see the bad quality parts being used by others.
Prime example of this are these 2 repairs this week an ipad A16 that had a new battery fitted and this iphone 13 that had a battery fitted both posing significant fire risks (Pics below).
