Grief isn’t something we “move on” from, it’s something we learn to carry.

When grief goes unacknowledged, the emotional weight becomes heavy and the Heart Chakra is imbalanced. During this session, I worked over the Heart Chakra with Reiki to help soften and move held energy.

Ignoring your grief won’t make it disappear… we grieve because we love, and that love cannot be erased. Reiki does not “remove” grief, but it can help soften some of the emotional weight we carry, allowing the heart to hold it a little more gently 💚

During this reading, my client shared that her grandmother had drowned in a well… but her grandmother immediately corrected it and confirmed “No, someone drowned me.”

My client then revealed that they believed she had been targeted because she was a medium and was perceived as crazy.

The most powerful part was her message about how she had passed down her mediumship gifts to her granddaughter and wanted her to use them in the way she never could.

Such an emotional reminder that sometimes our gifts carry a much deeper family story, and that what one generation was forced to silence may be expressed through the next. 🤍

But sometimes, holding on too tightly means we leave no room for what’s truly meant for us.

When I first heard this quote, it stayed with me. It reminded me that letting go isn’t about forgetting or pretending something never mattered. It’s about trusting that life can still surprise you, that new beginnings often require us to loosen our grip on what no longer serves us.

One of my favourite exercises for intuition and psychic abilities ✨

With my eyes closed, I shuffle the deck, select a card, and focus on how the message behind the card feels. Then I go into sensing the colours on the images, I often will describe the elements on the card too 🔮

And yes… by the end of these videos I take, I almost always completely forget what I had channeled through the practice but after watching it back, I had gotten it right 😂
