AI is moving fast. Trust is still catching up.

A recent survey found that 84% of developers are using or planning to use AI tools, yet 46% don't trust the accuracy of the outputs.

That's a challenge many organisations are facing right now.

AI can accelerate productivity, but real value comes when people can trust the insights, decisions and outcomes it helps create.

The conversation is no longer about AI adoption. It's about confidence, governance and trust.

⁉️ How is your organisation navigating the balance between speed and oversight?

Quarter wrap-up! ✅

On Friday, we came together for our quarterly social. The afternoon kicked off with business updates from our CEO and leadership team, celebrating wins from the past quarter and sharing what's ahead.

A special shout-out to Sasha for taking home this quarter's CEO Prize. Thanks for everything you do behind the scenes and for always stepping up when needed! 👏

We then headed to a rooftop bar for sunshine, snacks, drinks, and some well-earned downtime together. Not a bad way to spend a Friday! 🍕 🥂

Is AI Actually Reducing Pressure?

There's a growing assumption that AI is automatically making work easier. The reality is more nuanced.

Without clear processes, user adoption, training and change management, organisations can end up digitising inefficiency rather than removing it.
Technology should make work simpler, not more complicated.

CRM has traditionally been treated as a place to store customer records, manage contacts and track activity.

But that is changing.

CRM is becoming a source of customer intelligence, helping organisations understand behaviour, identify opportunities and determine the right next action.

The strongest CRM strategies bring together trusted data, connected systems and human judgement. Because the goal isn’t simply to collect more customer information.

It’s to make that information useful.

Is your CRM storing customer information, or helping your people act on it? Contact us to discuss: https://www.solentive.com/contact

Healthcare has moved beyond asking whether AI should be adopted.

According to the latest Australian Healthcare Week State of Industry Report, 44.9% of healthcare organisations are already deploying AI in selected areas or across multiple functions.

The interesting part?

The organisations creating real value from AI are focusing on governance, data quality, workflow redesign and change management. They're not simply implementing tools; they're transforming how work gets done.

AI on its own won't drive outcomes. The foundations beneath it will.

If you're exploring how to move from AI experimentation to measurable business value, we'd love to chat.

Technology alone won’t create change...

Technology can accelerate the journey from problem to solution, but it cannot deliver lasting change on its own.

Organisations also need to consider how the change will affect their people, how teams will use the technology, and what support will be required to build adoption over time.

Check out our recent podcast episode, where Armaan Nawaz and Brendon Rubie discuss why implementation should be approached meaningfully, with the right balance of technology, optimisation and change management: https://www.solentive.com/media

If you’re planning a technology or AI initiative and want to ensure it delivers real value rather than becoming another underused tool, contact Solentive to discuss how we can support both the solution and the people who need to use it: https://www.solentive.com/contact

AI doesn't fail because of technology. It fails because adoption is treated as an afterthought.

Many organisations have invested in AI tools, but turning those investments into meaningful, day-to-day value is proving much harder.

At Solentive, we see the difference when AI is connected to the bigger picture: business processes, customer data, CRM systems, governance and the way people actually work. That is where technology moves beyond experimentation and starts delivering real business outcomes.

Is your organisation getting measurable value from AI, or are your tools still sitting on the sidelines? Let’s talk!

This week, Sasha and Liz stepped away from the day-to-day and attended the Fortuna One Summit in Sydney, joining thousands of business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals for two days of learning, reflection and connection.

We've put together a short highlights video capturing some of the energy from the two days.

🎥 Take a look below.

A big thank you to the organisers, speakers and attendees who made it such a memorable event.

Start with the problem, not the platform.

Before choosing a new system, there is a more important question to answer:
What problem are we actually trying to solve?
