We’re looking for someone to join our growing SEO team - somebody who has a proactive approach to SEO, and is actively engaged with the latest news and updates. You’ll be working across a variety of brands, within industries such as Finance, Trade, SaaS, Hospitality, eCommerce, and more. You will report to the Head of SEO but have agency over your own clients and strategies, taking ownership of the account performance. You will work alongside our dedicated account managers to provide an exceptional experience.

You will have access to training opportunities, including SEO events and workshops, monthly AI lunch & learns, and a personalised training program for your development. We’ll need you in the office 5 days a week for the first two months, and then we can discuss hybrid options.

What we need you to have:
🧠 2-3 years of experience (agency experience preferred but not required)
📊 A strong understanding of the three pillars of SEO
🖥️ Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console
🔩 Experience with CMS - primarily Webflow, Wordpress, Shopify, and HubSpot
📈 Pro-active mindset - identifying issues and providing detailed recommendations for clients
🕵️‍♀️ Interest in SEO news and updates, and latest AI developments

Salary: $90,000 + super

Location: Office based in Penrith, with option for hybrid after probation

Thermoline needed a system that worked everywhere, from access cards, social, and websites to internal tools where eneric guidelines just wouldn't cut it.

We built it on precision. Dynamic blueprint grids. Monospace typography straight off the factory line. An icon language that speaks engineering. Colour used consistently for technical callouts. Every application reinforces the same message: rigour and detail built in.

Thermoline's reuputation is built on precision and detail. But across the industry, the feeling was a lack of intention. Familiar imagery that could belong to anyone. Sales tools concealing a powerful story.

We visited Thermoline's Sydney headquarters to get up close and personal with their machines and the people who build them. Showing the team in their real working environment, tool racks and fingermarks proudly on display, to illustrate the intricacies that define their work. The result is a visual library that feels distinct and authentic.
