Looking for IT technicians.
Hourly rate 45$-50$.
o Minimum 1 years hands on ICT support experience is must.
o The successful applicant will require high level, advanced technical skills in:
o Windows Server Technologies
o Service and management of Windows and Apple devices,
o Network Administration,
troubleshooting, configuration, DHCP,DNS, Hardware and software support support and maintenance of windows server, cloud services, network devices (firewalls, switches, WAPs), VLANS, Microsoft 365 and google suite Platforms, and video conferencing systems
o Good communication and documentation skills essential Personal attributes:
o Motivated, self-starter; able to work autonomously, or as part of a team as the work dictates
o Resourceful - able to find and research information in order to derive appropriate solutions to problems
o Punctual, thorough
o A good communicator, able to document technical procedures, and follow documentation of others
o Ability to troubleshoot and fault find through systematic processes of observation and elimination
o Relevant experience in an educational setting, along with knowledge of wireless deployment
