We installed Actall in South Australian hospitals to replace Bosch Security Es**rt. It didn't meet the standard we expect from a duress system, so we never switched it on. We pulled it out at our own cost and put Quuppa in instead.

Expensive? Yes. Would I do it again? Tomorrow.

Staff safety devices are typically separate from communication devices. That separation creates a gap: a worker in a duress situation needs to carry, locate, and activate a standalone device in addition to their communication device.
