🎉🎉 Last week, our Melbourne and Sydney teams came together for our Q3 Culture Club! 🎉🎉
🤝 With teams across different locations, Culture Club is an important opportunity to connect, celebrate our achievements and ensure everyone feels part of the wider Systima team.
In Sydney, the team enjoyed a delicious Japanese dinner at Japasu 🍣, while Melbourne was treated to the culinary talents of our very own Michael Skliros, who put on an impressive souva station in the office! 🌯
📈 Beyond the food, we heard from our department heads, reflecting on the progress we’ve made since our last gathering in July, sharing company developments and discussing what’s ahead.
💪 Most importantly, it was an opportunity to recognise the hard work and contributions of our people, who continue to drive Systima forward.
