Stop AI software risk at the source and tell us about it in person.

We're proud to be a Gold Sponsor at LASCON 2026 in Austin (Oct 29–30); find us at Booth 7 at the Norris Conference Centers.

Secure Code Warrior helps enterprises govern every line of AI-generated code, from first commit to production. If you're rethinking how your org observes, measures, and acts on AI-driven development risk, stop by; we'd love to talk.

See you in Austin. 🤠

Meet Glitchursus: The Scrap Bandit.

It thrives wherever AI-generated code goes unquestioned — collecting logs, quick fixes, and fragments that seem harmless until they aren't.

This week's challenges put your skills to the test against indirect prompt injection and formula injection, where a single untrusted input can turn an AI workflow against itself.

As AI makes software development faster, and attackers more capable, security can't remain a downstream function.

In his Technology Decisions byline, CTO Matias Madou argues that AI-assisted software development is making threat modelling more important—and fundamentally changing how it needs to be done.

His thoughts? Organizations need to make threat modelling a collaborative, developer-inclusive process. By moving threat modelling earlier into software development and making developers active participants alongside AppSec teams, the two can help identify and prevent attack paths before they reach production.

Read Matias’s full byline here:

Threat modelling has traditionally existed in the realm of security professionals, but now it needs to include the application devopment team.

AI innovation is moving fast. Regulation is trying to keep up.

From the EU’s comprehensive AI Act to more flexible approaches in the U.S., U.K. and Australia, one thing is clear: organizations can’t wait for regulation to define what secure AI looks like.

As AI agents and emerging technologies like MCP create new attack surfaces, security needs to be built in from the start.

In this iTWire.com article, Secure Code Warrior CEO and Co-Founder Pieter Danhieux examines who’s leading the global AI regulatory race, and why secure AI development needs to be a priority now:

Keeping pace with global AI regulation is becoming almost as difficult as keeping pace with the technology itself. For security leaders, each week brings a new development,...

AI agents are moving fast. Security needs to move faster.

Following the OpenAI Medicare incident, Secure Code Warrior CEO and Co-Founder Pieter Danhieux highlights three critical realities:

🤖 AI agents don’t always take “no” for an answer.
👤 Human oversight and hard guardrails are essential.
🛡️ Organizations need to strengthen AI security practices now.

Pieter warns: “This machine behaviour isn't changing any time soon, but ours certainly needs to, urgently.”

Today, it’s not just developers writing code. AI is changing who builds software by putting development capabilities into more hands across the enterprise.

The opportunity is huge. So is the new attack surface.

This Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we’re focusing on a critical shift: AI security can’t be the responsibility of the security team alone. Everyone building with AI needs the skills to build securely.

Because AI can help build it. But people still need to secure it.

🔐 Built by AI. Secured by You.

We’ve reached a point where most top AI companies have publicly called for a global slowdown in AI development so safety guardrails can catch up, but the truth is, serious security issues have already come to fruition. This leaves countless security leaders and executive teams in an urgent positio...
