Life is unpredictable at the best of times, if your finding yourself not being able to make your appointment PLEASE reschedule 24 hours preferably more before your appointment failure to do so will lead in a 50% cancellation fee.
No Shows!
You will be required to pay 100% of the service fee! Not only does this waste my time but it also mean someone else waiting for an appointment has missed out. I give you plenty of notice and send emails & sms to let you know your appointment is near.
Confirmation emails and sms.
Ladies unfortunately due to a few misshapes as of late, if you do not confirm your appointment via sms or emails sent out to you. Your appointment will not be booked in!
I love and respect everyone of my clients dearly without you's I would not be able to do what I love, please show some love and respect back your time is important to me as is mine. Please be mindful when booking appointments at any small business x
ΓREFUND POLICYΓ
I do not offer refunds if any kind as I have already used my products and time and I cannot get that back, if you have an allergic reaction within 24hours ( it will normally happen within 24 hours) you will be given a free removal. Please note my time is just as important as yours and I deeply respect and love each and everyone of you that support me. Have a chat with me for other options.
Γ PROBLEMS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT Γ
I will do one free "fix" 24 hours after your appointment if there are any hassels with your lashes falling out and you have followed aftercare instructions or if you've had a reaction within 24 hours of your appointment.
