Windows 11 SCAM ALERT! The major PC manufacturers and Microsoft don't want you to know this! They'd prefer to sell you new hardware that you DO NOT NEED!
So I keep seeing these "Sale on Windows 11 Computers" ads everywhere. There is no such thing as a Windows 11 computer. They SAY you need TPM 2.0. They SAY yours needs to be a windows 11 compatible or "approved" CPU. WHAT A CROC! I have installed Windows 11 on at least 100 computers so far and the majority of them more than 6 years old. I have installed Windows 11 on an 11 year old core i7 just TODAY! The only thing that seems to REQUIRE these is the INSTALLER SOFTWARE, NOT THE OPERATING SYSTEM and it is extremely easy to circumvent this and get a copy of Windows 11 onto your existing Windows 10 Computer. You can even get it onto a computer running Windows 7 or 8/8.1 (as an upgrade) but you'll most likely have to upgrade to Windows 10 first then to Windows 11. As a clean install it goes onto just about anything with the exception of a few older machines which I realised shortly after trying were not supported because they are 32bit. I even got Windows 11 running on a single core celeron with 2gb of RAM.... not because it was a smart thing to do but solely to see if it could be done. In any case if you want Windows 11 on your existing computer that is currently telling you that it is UNSUPPORTED HARDWARE, contact me and we can get someone to do it remotely for you and a very reasonable labour-only rate.

Anybody wanting to upgrade their machine to Windows 11 who doesn't have a "supported CPU" or a TPM 2.0 Trusted Platform Module, don't despair! I have installed Windows 11 on machines up to 12 years old (so far) and even ones running LEGACY and NOT UEFI, so I suspect Windows 11 "requirements" are really just a ploy to get you to run out and buy new hardware. Totally unnecessary. If you would like us to upgrade your Windows computer to Windows 11, just contact us and we'll book it to be done same day!

Lots of you PAYING to have commercial virus software on your computers...especially those paying as trial versions expire on their new computers bought from retailers. If you are running windows 8, 8.1 or windows 10 then simply UNINSTALL the 3rd party virus software and MICROSOFT's own INBUILT "Windows Defender" will start working automatically and for FREE.

One of the leading causes of a computer (desktop or laptop) running SLOW is the CPU overheating and then being throttled back to prevent it getting even hotter. This can also lead to CPU and other internal circuitry damage (especially in laptops). Here is a classic example. The 2 numbers in the bottom right of the screen are the CPU USAGE in % (Left) and the one on the right, believe it or not, is the CPU temperature in DEGREES CELSIUS. This was a high as 108 (hotter than the boiling temp of water) but I snapped it with my phone at 101 degrees! Easy enough for us to fix and a LOT of computers and notebooks are already half way to that and some with fans so clogged that they no longer spin! It is good preventative medicine to get us to service your computer once in a while. I see this EVERY DAY! Why are you paying good money for virus software? Did you know that windows 8 COMES WITH Windows Defender (from Microsoft) for FREE and you can download MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS from Microsoft for Windows 7 also for FREE. Unfortunately they dropped support for XP earlier this month!
