Websites that work as your digital front door. Digital marketing that puts you in front of the right people at the right moment — positioning & strategy, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and now AI Search Optimisation, so you're the answer when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI.

That's what we do. zimple.digital

Ask an AI tool for the best family SUV and it won't search that exact phrase and stop there. It quietly asks itself a handful of smaller questions first. Which ones are safest, which have room for three car seats, what owners actually say after a year, what they cost to run.

That's query fan-out, and it changes what "ranking" means.

You used to win by owning one keyword. Now the answer gets built from whichever pages best answer each of those smaller questions, and they don't all have to come from the same site. A business with one strong page and nothing around it can get left out, while a competitor with the right supporting content gets pulled in.

So when we plan content with clients now, we start by mapping the questions behind the question. What would someone need to know before they'd trust you? Then we make sure each of those has a clear, honest answer somewhere on your site.

No one can promise an AI tool will cite you. But you can make it much easier for it to.

If you'd like to know which questions your customers are really asking, send us a message.

Most agencies send a report at the end of the month. By then the month is over.
We built a dedicated Data and Insights seat instead. Every business goal you agreed to has a target, a current figure and a projection, updated daily and pulled straight from GA4, Google Ads and Meta. Ryan watches them.
The point is not the dashboard. The point is that when phone calls track 20 percent behind target in week two, someone notices in week two.

Ana is an Art Director here at Zimple, and every interface she has built started with a question about the person using it.

What are they trying to do? What do they need to know? Where might they get stuck?

Those questions shape the work long before the layout takes shape. They inform what belongs on a page, how information is organised and what someone needs to feel confident taking the next step.

Research first. If we design before we understand, we are decorating a guess.

The wireframe exists so the thinking can be challenged and settled before anything gets made to look good. It gives the team and the client something concrete to question: does this make sense, is something missing, and will someone know what to do next?

That groundwork carries through to the finished design. The hierarchy, the spacing, the way a page guides your attention. Every decision has a job to do.

Ana is also a reference point for the rest of the team, which is a quieter kind of influence than it sounds. It means helping people work through an idea, asking the question that brings a conversation back into focus and explaining the reasoning behind a creative decision.

Workshops go better when she is in them. There is room to explore, but there is also someone bringing the discussion back to the person who will eventually use what we are building.

That influence extends beyond her own work. It shapes the questions the team asks and the care that goes into the decisions that follow.

The reason it works is the part you never notice.

If your organic traffic dropped this year, you've got plenty of company.

The part worth sitting with is which industries held up. Every one of them sells something you want to look at before you buy. A search engine or an AI tool can summarise a bank's home loan rates in a sentence. It can't show you how a jacket sits on a person.

So if you're in one of the categories that fell, the question isn't really "how do we get our rankings back". It's where your customers are going instead, and whether you're there when they arrive. For some businesses that means paid search. For others it's making sure AI tools describe you accurately, or giving people a reason to come straight to you.

We've been having this conversation with a lot of clients lately, and the answer is different every time. If you want to know what's happening with yours, send us a message.

Meta has launched a paid tier across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and we've already had a couple of clients ask whether they should sign up.

Our honest answer: it depends entirely on which feature you'd use.

For most small businesses, the interesting part isn't the badge or the bigger profile. It's the practical stuff buried in the higher plans. Being able to put a clickable link in an ordinary post or reel changes how you'd plan content, because suddenly every post can send someone somewhere. Scheduling a month of Stories in one sitting takes a job off someone's weekly list. And an AI agent that can reply on WhatsApp overnight is a real change if your customers message after hours.

What we'd be careful of is paying for a tier because it sounds like the professional thing to do. Meta will keep adding features to these plans, and the right one for you is whichever plan has the tool you'd actually use this month.

If you're weighing it up, send us a message. We're happy to look at how you use these platforms now and tell you honestly whether it's worth the spend.

I've had the same conversation with a few business owners lately. They open their analytics, see organic traffic sliding, and assume their website has stopped working.

Usually it hasn't. What's changed is the route people take to get there.

Someone who used to Google your business name and click the first result might now tap an ad sitting above it, see you in a display placement while reading the news, or ask ChatGPT who to call. They still end up on your site. They just arrive with a different label attached in your reports, and if you only watch one channel, it looks like you're losing them.

That's why we spend more time on attribution than most people expect. Before anyone moves budget, it's worth knowing which doors your customers are actually walking through, and which ones only look quiet because the traffic has shifted next door.

On the AI side, our advice is simple. Make sure your business is described clearly and consistently everywhere an AI tool might read about you, because that's where the growth is. Just don't mistake a fast-growing channel for a big one yet.

If your numbers have moved and you're not sure why, send me a message. Happy to take a look.

If you've ever walked into the Nuweigh showroom, you'll know the feeling. High ceilings, every scale laid out properly, and a team who can tell you exactly which one you need and why.

Their old website didn't give you any of that.

That gap matters more than people think. Most of their customers meet them online first, and if the site feels a step below the business, some of them never make it to the showroom at all.

So we built the website to feel like the building. The product range is laid out the way a customer looks for it, the visuals put the equipment front and centre, and the whole thing carries the same standard their team brings in person.

If your business is better in person than it looks online, that's worth fixing. The full story is on our website.

Newcastle, get the old jersey out. It’s grand final day!
The ’97 tape nobody was allowed to record over. The ’01 celebrations. Twenty-five years of “maybe next year”.
Today, another generation gets its turn.
We made this for everyone who grew up wanting to be Joey. Who wore the colours through the rough years. Who’s pulling that same jersey on today and insisting it’s shrunk in the wash.
Our thoughts are also with everyone affected by yesterday’s incident in Wallsend, their families, and those caring for them. ❤️
Proud then. Proud now. Proud Novocastrians.
Who did you watch ’97 or ’01 with? Tag them below!👇

For everyone who remembers Chief lifting the trophy. For the kids who’ve only heard the stories. For a city that never stopped believing.
Twenty-five years since our last grand final. We had to make some noise.
“Better Than Lego” our tribute to the legends of the past, Ponga and the boys, and the town behind them.

Steel in our hearts. Salt on our skin.
Turn it up. Share it with someone who bleeds red and blue.
BRING IT HOME, BOYS! ⚔️
