She has a background of over 15 years in sales and marketing in call centre, candidate & company marketing environments. She began her online marketing experience with international giant Experian Cheetahmail in New York in 2000, managing newsletters and feedback for their corporate clients. Upon returning to Australia, she continued working with local & national companies through web design & email campaigns to maintain & increase customers. Louise has been training staff and clients in computer systems for over 10 years, which has involved writing training manuals to guide her clients.
