There’s something about stepping outside your comfort zone that makes you feel alive.

Today I’m about to lead my second AI Strategy Workshop, this time with a team of senior engineers.

I’m a little less outside my comfort zone than the first time… but that feeling is still there. And I like it.

Helping businesses adapt to AI is proving to be a fascinating mix of education, technology, workflow optimisation, automation, strategy and perhaps most importantly… managing change.

What I’m really enjoying is being able to draw on my early background in Industrial Engineering and combine it with 20+ years of design thinking.

Two disciplines that once seemed worlds apart are suddenly coming together in ways I never anticipated.

Part mind | part machine. Quite literally.

There’s a lot to learn, a lot to explore and plenty of unknowns. But that’s what makes this next chapter so exciting.

The world is changing fast.

And I can see the light.

Quite literally… this was the view from my house this morning. ☀️

A brand that feels like sunshine. ☀️

Hello Sunshine Support Services helps people navigate their NDIS plans with clarity and care. Our job was to bring that warmth into their brand.

We created a custom, hand-drawn wordmark with a subtle upward smile or a forward step, paired with sunshine yellow and rich purple. Friendly, distinctive and full of optimism.

From the logo to business cards, letterhead and website, every element works together to make the business feel welcoming and easy to connect with.

Complex information. Clear communication.

How do you take pages of clinical research, technical data, comparisons and case studies … and make them easy to understand at a glance?

That was the challenge behind these two projects for Skin and Wound Care Consultancy, developed for a clinical exhibition.

From a detailed research poster to a supporting two-page product information sheet, our role was to transform dense clinical content into clear, structured and visually engaging communication.

The challenge wasn't just making it look good. It was creating a visual hierarchy that helped healthcare professionals quickly navigate the evidence, understand the comparisons and identify the key takeaways … without losing the important detail.

Good design doesn't simplify the science. It simplifies how we communicate it.
