Watching a project you've worked on for months turn into an actual display is always satisfying.
The Solais Residences Newstead sales display is now open in Newstead, above the Mercedes-Benz showroom at the Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct. Over a thousand square metres looking out over Newstead Park, and built to the same specification as the residences themselves.
The decal, the 3D cut acrylic lettering, the blades running through the space. Each blade carries a message we worked through with the client, and they're double-sided so the sales team can take a buyer through the story one point at a time rather than all at once.
One of those blades is about Tom Dooley Developments itself. 25 years building on the Brisbane River, and a developer who also builds their own projects. In this market, that's worth a buyer knowing.
Past the blades, the display stops being about messaging and starts being about the homes. Two full-sized kitchens and ensuites, with residence and penthouse selections side by side. Sintered porcelain benchtops, oak cabinetry, integrated appliances. You can open the drawers. Stand at the island and look out, with Newstead Park in the foreground, the river beyond, the city to the south.
We've grateful to have worked with the TDD team across a lot of their projects now. Argyle New Farm, Gasworks Residences, Skyring Gasworks Newstead, and now Solais.
