We, K2 Audiovisual are the largest classroom solution provider in WA, and are looking for someone with a teaching background to help train teachers on the latest interactive screens and projectors. And, just as importantly, how to meaningfully integrate the tech into real lessons. While also great earning potential and growth if you are a superstar.

This role is ideal for:

Classroom teachers (current or former)
Pre-service teachers
Technologies teachers
Teacher librarians
Educators who enjoy edtech and working with other teachers
Those who enjoy being in front of a room and helping others problem solve

What you’d be doing:

Running training sessions for teachers in schools
Showing practical, classroom-ready ways to use interactive displays
Helping teachers feel confident (not overwhelmed) with new technology
Being the friendly, knowledgeable face between schools and their new gear

With more of our education, government and corporate clients moving into Teams Rooms deployments, hands-on training with Cisco’s collaboration ecosystem remains essential.

Perth Modern School's Beasley Theatre just received a complete projection system upgrade, replacing an ageing setup with a high-brightness Epson EB-PU2216B Laser Projector and ELPLL08 long-throw lens, delivering a razor-sharp 180” image across a 25-metre throw right at the back of the theatre.

The new system features Crestron 4K Digital Extenders with a custom Extron MLC 55 RS Keypad Controller for simple, reliable operation.

Following design refinements to reduce the risk of damage, the projector was relocated into a 4Cabling 45RU Premium Server rack, improving access, cooling, and aesthetics while maintaining security.

The result: clean design, professional-grade performance, and effortless control for assemblies, concerts, and events. We are pleased with the entire team's effort on this project.

This 11:37 minute video took us $40K to put together.

What is it:
1. We had WA schools respond to a poll, indicating they used 1 of 6 brands of interactive screens,
2. We purchased ALL of them,
3. To do a FIRST of its kind real-time side by side comparison. So schools can see a demo of all of them without wasting hours in person,
4. We asked teaching consultant, learning & development manager, Sarah Hill with 15+ years experience (and one of the most qualified) to assess them on 3 key categories schools mentioned, AND,
5. Touchboard, Newline, Ben Q, and PrometheanSave yourself the research and watch our comparison video to make the best purchasing decision for your school. made the final cut.
IG-Touch/Edu Touch was so hard to navigate we didn't bother, Clevertouch didn't live up to its name, the touch was not clever, and it malfunctioned. And eBoard - this is the review one of our schools sent to us "..having had 4x eBoards, I would never go near them or the supplier ever again".

Hopefully this helps do the research so you don't have to - saving you a tonne of time by seeing them all in action and making the best purchasing decision with valuable school funds.
