Is there something your computer's been doing that's been bugging you for a while? 🤔

You know what I mean. That thing you've just learned to live with. Maybe it's running a bit slow. Maybe it takes forever to start up in the morning. Maybe there's a weird noise it makes every now and then and you've just been hoping it goes away on its own.

I hear this all the time: "I didn't want to bother you over something small."

Here's the thing — small problems are almost always easier (and cheaper) to fix than big ones. And nine times out of ten, there's a straightforward answer. Sometimes it really is just a restart and a bit of a clean-up. Sometimes there's something worth looking at before it turns into a bigger headache down the track.
