Data breaches aren't just a technical problem.

This week alone: nearly 30,000 court records taken in Victoria, cult survivor identities exposed through human error, student suspension details sent to every parent at a school, and a UK parliamentary committee calling a government department's use of Excel a "continuing cultural failure."

The pattern is the same one our CEO Samuel Spencer keeps seeing: it's rarely the technology that fails first. It's the governance around it, weak processes, poor training, no accountability for who holds what data and why.
