The HIA Awards for Cairns, Townsville and the NQ region are coming up.

We’re looking forward to handing out some awards to the best businesses in the local building industry!

Since 2019 Allcorp have been Gold Sponsors for both the Cairns, Townsville and NQ Housing Industry Association Awards and we’re back at it again this year when Cairns hosts the 2026 awards night next month.

We chose to partner with HIA in all of North Queensland to get behind a great event, support the building industry and our clients. With many valued Allcorp clients working in the building and construction industry, from volume builders, boutique renovators, kitchen and bathroom manufacturers and associated trades industries, it’s more like an end-of-year get together with our customers.

Every year we see the cream rise to the top in the local building industries in Cairns & Townsville when the HIA Awards recognise the best in the business. As Gold Sponsors we have the privilege of being able to get up on stage and hand out multiple awards to winners in various categories.

As one of the busiest marketing agencies in the North Queensland region, we are strong believers that if a building company wants to have the opportunity to work on an award winning project, they need to first have their marketing properly in place to attract an award winning project customer.

This is another new Allcorp client who noticed our business name associated with many of the local corporate, construction and mining companies they were consulting with. Considering the design quality of our custom-coded website products when compared with the template/AI websites being produced by the others, it was easy to choose who they wanted to work with.

We custom-coded this new website design with a focus on making it clear as to what the business does and who they want to work with and our copywriter was instrumental in preparing all of the website content. We have also developed a custom lead generation form which, coupled with the more search engine friendly nature of Allcorp produced websites, will be the real test of how well the website is performing.

New Google Ads campaign published August 2026

The final component of our project with Redlynch Cleaning Services is to get their Google Ads campaign established. Having completed their custom website design last week, and built to the usual design quality that our websites are renowned for, there was no point keeping such a beautifully designed website a secret.

Our Google Ads campaign for Redlynch Cleaning Services is managed through our Google Partners portal which provides us with advanced tools and metrics to play with to get the most out of our ads account. The management expertise we bring to Google Ads is based on decades of experience working with the platform as the first Google Partner in all of North Queensland.

The outcome of this experience is that our Google Ads clients get a superior marketing service while also minimising on unnecessary clicks. By working with our experienced Google Ads team a business will be assured they are getting the absolute maximum performance for their Google Ads marketing.

We've been looking after the digital marketing for Redlynch Cleaning Services for 4 years now and this is their first website redesign since 2022. We recommend that a business look at redesigning their website every 2-3 years as design standards change and evolve, technology moves forward and the business itself will change and adapt to suit their market.

This custom-coded website is going to continue on from the impact their original Allcorp designed website established. While we didn't do any of our SEO services on the original Redlynch Cleaning website, it turns out we didn't need to, as the custom-coded and well engineered format of our website design products have proven they offer a superior organic search ranking. The newly designed website carries forward this search engine dominating coding and content and adds to it with all of the latest knowledge we've attained since their original website was published.

Another new website design that's just gone live is the new Mount Tyson Hotel website for our wonderful Tully client. They have been an Allcorp client for more than 13 years now and they still had their original Allcorp designed website working for them for that whole time.

Back in 2013, mobile phones were just starting to be a device that people were using to view website content. Back then, we didn't do responsive website designs, the standard practice was to do a desktop website version and a standalone mobile website version.

We also used Adobe Flash to display animated content on websites, which stopped actually working in web browsers in late 2020. So this new website version was long overdue.

Another new client at Allcorp is Rush Realty, whom we've just added the final design perfections and launched their new website. By combining skilled website coders and programmers with highly experienced and qualified designers, we produce a product that is precisely coded and also beautiful to look at.

With Rush Realty, it wasn't just our design and coding team who had input into the project, but also our copywriter helped to prepare all of the wording within the new website.

No templates, no unnecessary files to detract from the SEO content and custom-coded by an experienced and highly qualified team, we're looking forward to watching this new business grow, now that it has its marketing backbone.

New Google Ads campaign published August 2026

After completing the new website design project for Finer Details Cleaning Services last week, we've now launched their Google Ads campaign. As the most experienced Google Partners in Cairns, we've been managing Google Ads as an official Google Partner for over 10 years.

Working with clients in our capacity as the Google Partner in the region, we're able to apply the knowledge that we've learnt from managing the largest Google Ads portfolio in Cairns, for the benefit of our client.

Such benefits include a much more focused Google Ads campaign with better click prices. Allcorp managed Google ads are constrained so that they are only being triggered by relevant keywords with minimal waste due to pre-programmed negative keyword lists.
