'In honour of Arone Meeks' is a recent piece done in celebration of Arone's art and influences as an artist and indigenous rights activist. It was a pleasure painting this and learning a little about his beliefs, life and influences. The piece is up at Artists at Work on Lake St for a while along with lots of amazing art from local artists here in the north!
