RF Audio is the next step in the evolution of the L&W Sports Communications journey. L&W Sports was established in 1998 in response to a need within the association-level rugby league refereeing community for good quality and affordable on-field communications systems. From humble backyard beginnings to producing high quality, custom-built systems, L&W Sports established itself as the market leader in Australia & New Zealand for on-field sports communications. As we expand to service a more diverse market, across multiple countries, L&W Sports transforms to become RF Audio. RF Audio provides a level of service & expertise that is second-to-none. We have access to a wide range of communication systems including full duplex & digitally-encrypted transceivers and premium lightweight headsets made exclusively for RF Audio, as well as high end custom built headsets, adaptable to all applications. RF Audio also has a company representative based in the USA.

A little care goes a long way.

Proper cleaning and storage can help extend the life of your RF Audio headset and keep it performing at its best. Always make sure your headset — including the airtube — is clean and completely dry before storing, and avoid sealed or non-breathable containers where moisture can become trapped.

🌏🇩🇪 European Debut for RefAudio X

Our new RefAudio X radios were recently in action at the Maifeld Polo Cup in Berlin, Germany — an elite-level polo competition held at the iconic Maifeld in the Olympiapark.

Taking charge on the field were HPA High Goal Umpires Chris Hyde and Jason Dixon, using RefAudio X to support clear, reliable communication throughout the competition.

Seeing RefAudio X in the hands of two highly experienced High Goal umpires, at a prestigious international polo event, is exactly what these radios were designed for — professional-level communication at the highest levels of sport.

From Australia to Germany and beyond, RefAudio X is setting a new standard in on-field communication.

Last week, we were in Hong Kong connecting with our valued manufacturing partners.

We’re incredibly grateful for the strong relationships we’ve built with these outstanding teams. Productive meetings sparked new ideas and upcoming innovations—all designed with you, our customers, in mind.

We also attended the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition). Seeing so many cutting-edge products in one place was truly impressive.

Stay tuned—there are some exciting developments on the horizon over the coming weeks and months. 🙌🏻
