New Update:
The Australian Government has introduced Ministerial Direction 111, effective 19 December 2024, to improve fairness and efficiency in processing Subclass 500 (Student) visa applications.
Key Highlights:
📌 Priority 1 – High Processing: Applications from higher education and vocational education and training providers that haven’t met their 80% 2025 international enrolment caps will be prioritized.
📌 Priority 2 – Standard Processing: Applies to applications from providers that have already met their 80% international enrolment caps.

Frequent Traveller Stream (FTS) visa eligibility has expanded! 🙌

From today, eligible passport-holders from Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Member States and Timor-Leste can apply for a FTS visa.

The Frequent Traveller Stream of the Visitor (subclass 600) visa allows for stays up to three months over grant periods up to 10 years. All applicants will need to meet the relevant criteria and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The Australian Government has announced the Core Skills Occupation List (CSOL) on 3rd December 2024(Today).

The CSOL will apply to the Core Skills stream of the new Skills in Demand visa, which will replace the Temporary Skill Shortage (Subclass 482) visa on 7 December 2024.
