A quick tip for local business owners 👋

Take five minutes today and look at your business online as if you were a new customer.

Search for the service you offer, check how your business appears on Google and then open your website on your phone.

Ask yourself:

• Is it immediately clear what my business does?
• Can customers easily see where I work?
• Is my phone number easy to find and tap?
• Are my services explained clearly?
• Does everything still look current and professional?

Sometimes the smallest changes like updating your information, adding recent photos or making your contact details more obvious can make it much easier for customers to choose you.

It’s worth checking every few months. We spend so much time working in our businesses that it’s easy to forget what they look like from the outside.
