In the past two weeks, two individuals contacted us seeking Starlink installation. Rather than simply proceeding with the installation, I posed the question, 'Where do you reside?' This inquiry revealed that both individuals had access to NBN fixed wireless in their area, which offers free installation. Given the numerous internet providers currently available, it's unnecessary to rely solely on Telstra or Optus.
Many people mistakenly assume Starlink offers the fastest speeds without considering the availability of fibre internet in their area.
A proficient technician will incorporate Starlink into their toolkit while ensuring that clients receive the most suitable option.
Below are a couple of installations we completed in the last couple of days.
1. In Woodgate, a customer contacted us seeking a temporary installation as they awaited the completion of their new home. As they required internet for work and were in temporary accommodation, they had already purchased Starlink. We simply created a temporary mount for them.
2. In Redridge, a customer already had Starlink on their motorhome. We purchased a second cable and installed it permanently in their house. Now, whenever they choose to travel in their motorhome with the mount we supplied, the customer can simply remove it from the house roof and attach it to the motorhome.
