Successful 2-part cut of the larger version of the custom wooden puzzle. This one is approximately 27 x 38 cm (not quite A3 size). I’ll update with the box once I finish it.

Here's the prototype storage box for the mahjong set ive been working on. This one is cut from 6mm ply, but the finished version will be made from solid wood for a nicer finish.

Every tile gets its own compartment and stands upright, so the whole set packs away easily and comes back out just as fast for a game.

Also in the works: a thicker 12mm tile version for a more traditional, weightier feel. More updates soon!

A full wooden Mahjong set is underway!

144 engraved tiles are finished, and now it's time to design a matching storage box.

Still a prototype, but I couldn't resist sharing a sneak peek.

I'll post more updates as it comes together.
