I'll move onto preparing for Play Station, other Nintendo, SEGA, and even some other platforms as soon as I've consolidated my XBOX 360 and original XBOX setups.

More modern consoles are protected from modification, or don't require as much modification for things such as HDMI outputs like the retro generations do.

For the modern consoles with limited modification potential, there are some that can have their internal storage upgraded, such as the XBOX ONE and Play Station 5, which is a service I can offer, along with providing suitable external storage products for these modern consoles.

I'm waiting on some of the work that's currently underway in developments of original XBOX modification hardware and software to be completed, tested and released before I come back to pursuing these, but these have so much already available and so much potential so will definitely be a priority to get happening.

Modifications for the original XBOX will include HDMI output for clear digital audio and video on modern displays, upgraded drive capacity and speed, installation of custom dashboards, storage and playing of digital game backups and emulated games from earlier generation systems, and even replacement cases and LED lighting if you want it.

I'll also be able to provide wireless controllers, or adapters to use wireless controllers from later consoles.

I'm close to being ready for modifying XBOX 360 consoles.

Modifications available will include allowing upgrading of storage capacity, installation of a custom dashboard, the capability to store and play digital game backups from the XBOX 360 and original XBOX, and also emulated games of systems from previous generations.

For the Nintendo 64, I can supply and install a HDMI output chip for clear digital video and audio on modern displays, and I can modify it to be completely region-free to play games from any country.

I can also even provide a flash cartridge that can store and play all digital game backups from the Nintendo 64, original Nintendo Entertainment System, Game Boy Colour and original Game Boy.

I've already tried and tested multiple wireless controllers and adapters, and even have some available already. If you have Nintendo 64 controllers with worn sticks, I can also even replace them with brand new modern ones.

Family and friends,

I've been gradually working towards kicking-off a hobby as a bit of a side-hustle for a little while now to help fund my projects, and I'd like to commence a trial to gauge what I would pursue more seriously for opening up to the public as a sole-trader registered business as of the next financial year.

I've put some serious thought into what exactly I would and wouldn't want to do, and I want to go with not only something that I enjoy doing, but also something that I can do in my own space and time. I am a compulsive perfectionist, so I've come to an idea that I can run with and only ask for a return on my services or products I’d provide themselves and not for the excessive time that I'll take to do the actual work to my obsessive standards.

I'm planning on conducting retro gaming console modifications and providing accessories for them. I will likely extend into assembling computers, network-attached-storage systems and similar other electronic technology as well. As some of these examples don't require any additional tools or equipment than I already have, I am open to doing such work at any time along the way, so please let me know if you're interested in any of that.

I'm still setting-up and will continue to expand my setup over the next few months according to what interest I do or don't get for different systems. At the moment, I'm ready to do any work on Nintendo 64 consoles and am nearly ready to go for XBOX 360 consoles.

If you have any old gaming consoles, accessories and/or games taking up storage space that you know you won't use again, please let me know if you'd like to sell or donate them to me to experiment with or build up some stock from.
