Country Consulting is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable IT Support Desk Consultant to join our close-knit team!

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to user issues and service requests

Supporting Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint & OneDrive

Troubleshooting networks, desktops, VoIP systems and more

Providing onsite and remote support to our valued clients

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in IT support (MSP experience a plus!)

Strong communication skills and customer focus

Good understanding of Windows, networks, and Microsoft services

Driver’s License

We would like to inform you that none of our clients have been affected by the recent CrowdStrike software update issue.

We have not received any reports of problems from our clients.

We hope that those affected by this unfortunate event will be able to recover their systems quickly and resume their operations soon.

Crowdstrike has released a fix for the crash, but it requires some technical expertise to implement. They are working on a simplified solution.
