What started in a backyard in Melton, Victoria is now Australia’s fastest-growing boxing fitness franchise. 🥊

At 15 years old, Darcy Ellis started training kids in his parents’ backyard using boxing as a vehicle to help people get fit, while funding his own boxing career at the same time.

Fast forward 14 years, and that backyard belief has become HitFit.
