Think Technology Australia is co-owned by brothers Mungo and Caleb Bright.

Mungo recently spoke with IT industry publication ARN about the pressure of running a managed service provider and how having his brother in the business helps. With two owners, each can tell when the other needs a break.

On our blog, we explain how we share the load. That includes running the business together, learning from other IT business leaders through a peer group, and giving our staff access to a mental health professionals for regular, confidential sessions. We also explain what this means for the service our clients receive.
