Its been another awesome week in the Lime office. Great to have our full and expanded team all together on Monday!

With lots of exciting projects underway and our ongoing focus on 'how can we continue to improve daily', 2026 is off to a great start.

Lime's Managing Director, Matt Dyer also shared some of our lessons and tips we've learnt over the past 10 years of business with a group of entrepreneurs at the CUB (Club of United Businesses) clubhouse. Awesome to reflect on all we've learnt so far and the journey continues!

What does your week look like?

AI is now runway‑ready for airports ✈️

What an awesome week at the Australian Airports Association National Conference on the gorgeous Gold Coast—our 10th AAA National Conference with Lime Intelligence.

Catching up with partners, airport friends and fellow suppliers from across Australia is a highlight of the business calendar every year.

We were super excited to launch our brand new AI for Airports product: Lime GO+AI for Airports — part analyst, part rocket fuel.

Why it matters:
Airports and aviation suppliers don’t need more dashboards; they need faster, trusted decisions. Lime GO+AI helps teams move from data to decisions in seconds—securely, and at scale.

What we launched:
1 - LimeGO (off‑the‑shelf): Ask free‑text questions across key data sources — all flights up to yesterday, future scheduled flights, and past & future airfares for every airport/route across AUS, NZ and the Pacific.

2 - LimeGO+AI Tailored Solution: Build your own AI over your data — finance, car parks, commercial, flights, waste and incident management, and more.

Security first:
All insights are generated on internal data (nothing goes to the web) inside Lime’s user‑friendly platform—taking the guesswork out of AI.

The feedback was electric—everyone who saw it was blown away (we are too!) by the power and speed of the insights you can generate.

LimeGO+AI will revolutionise how airports and aviation suppliers access data and make decisions.

We were also proud to sponsor the National Gala Dinner Award for Innovation—five years running—and huge congratulations to all the winners on the night. 👏

Thank you AAA for a fantastic conference. See you next year!
If you’d like a demo on LimeGO+AI Airports, drop me a note.

10 Years of Lime! 💚

Last night we celebrated a huge milestone — 10 years since we started Lime Intelligence!

Surrounded by our incredible team, partners, family, and supporters, we reflected on the journey from our humble beginnings to where we are today.
What started as an idea to transform how airports manage and access data has grown into something much bigger.

Fast forward 10 years we are now launching LimeGO+AI, and working across 10+ industries throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.

From a team of 2 to a team of 14 (and growing!), we’ve weathered challenges (including COVID!) and stayed true to our purpose: making our customers’ lives easier and more insightful — and having fun while doing it.

A heartfelt thank you to all our customers, partners, and supporters who’ve been part of our journey so far. We’re just getting started — and we’re excited for what’s next! 🚀

An epic week of idea sharing and collaboration, catching up with great people and enjoying the hospitality (and amazing wines) of Marlborough.

Thanks to NZ Airports Association and Dean Heiford and the team at Marlborough Airport for an awesome week.

✈️ NZ Airports Association Hui 2025 – Day 2 Highlights - AI for Airports

Matthew Dyer was proud to have joined forces with Rochelle Ham from Hawke's Bay Airport Ltd to share thier transformative journey in airport data strategy.

Together, we unpacked how Hawkes Bay Airport is leading the way by building a single source of truth—a foundational step that unlocks powerful insights and smarter decision-making. "Once your data is unified, the possibilities are exponential".

🚀 We’re thrilled to partner with such forward-thinking leaders. Hawkes Bay Airport’s commitment to innovation is setting a new benchmark for the aviation industry. Matt and Rochelle talked about the journey so far and how they are now in a position to enhance AI in the business.

🔍 Lime also unveiled LimeGo+AI, our next-gen AI solution and how it works for airports and aviation supply chain businesses.

Matt Dyer demonstrated how AI Agents and Analysts collaborate across multiple data sources—securely within the client’s own data warehouse. No public web access. No compromise on IP or data privacy.

This is AI with integrity—practical, secure, and built for aviation.

💡 Key takeaways:
If you want to harness the full power of AI, start by getting your data in one place. From there, the future opens up.

Huge thanks to the NZ Airports Association for the platform to share this vision. We’re excited to keep building with our clients and partners to shape the future of aviation—secure, smart, and insight-driven.

Kicked off Day 1 of the NZAA Hui 2025 in Marlborough with a strong turnout and timely conversations.

This morning's session was focussed on airports and airlines coming together to tackle the big issues in regional aviation. Huge credit to Billie Moore and the NZAA team for driving engagement and fostering collaboration within the aviation ecosystem. Reinforcing the importance of a united front between airports and airlines for growth.

CEOs from Sounds Air and Air Chathams highlighted the urgent need for government support to sustain regional connectivity, while Jetstar NZ’s Shelley Musk shared the excitement of new international routes to Hamilton and Dunedin across the Tasman as well as NZ domestic expansion.

Now more than ever, partnership between airports and airlines is key to keeping regional NZ connected and thriving.

Matt Dyer was privileged to attend and be part of NZ Airports Day organised by the NZ Airports Association. Hosted in Parliament House with attendance by key Government Ministers to hear first hand the challenges facing the airport industry in New Zealand.

Key issues discussed:
↘️ regional connectivity
↘️ declining seat capacity
↘️ less direct services
↘️ need for right sized and reliable aircraft types

Well done to Billie Moore and the NZAA for pulling this all together. With all NZ airports in the room it was great connect with our NZ Lime community and be able to give back to the industry.

Lime Intelligence - Data to Decisions was able to contribute to the discussion with its observations both in Australia and across the Pacific.

The more people we speak to, more people are realising the key to unlocking efficiencies and value is by creating a ‘digital thread’.

Its been great for Lime Intelligence - Data to Decisions to participate in many of the conversations on what’s important for manufacturing and how to extract this value.

The digital thread is essential to creating an ‘authoritative source of truth’ or ‘master data’ (conversations from the folks at Leap at today’s conference).

Key issues from not having a central source of truth:
👉 Data quality issues
👉 Lack of speed
👉 Compliance burden
👉 Lack of trust

↘️ Lime thought from today:
How are you consciously building a ‘data thread’ in each process of the business to ensure all relevant data is centralised in one source of truth, so all people across your organisation can see consistent insights?

Day 2 of the Australian Manufacturing Week Exhibition. Lots of great conversations about data challenges with some similar themes.

Today's highlights included the morning breakfast with Boeings Matthew Wall, focussed on Additive Manufacturing. Matthew talked about the great opportunities ahead for Australian Manufacturers and shared Boeings experience on scaling up. One of Boeings' key pillars is around data and intelligence where he stated "Data is a key enabler for scaling' and it is essential to ensure data is collected and integrated at each stage of the manufacturing process.

'Having a connected data thread, where data is considered upfront before building out a production process, is essential for innovation and scale'. Measuring and prooving repeatable and reliable processes deliver more efficient products and also help proove up the business case for growth.

💡 Lime's key takeaway? TIP!
Include data upfront in your planning and what data points and reporting you might need - don't wait until you have already scaled up and try to retrofit later. Data is much easier when its part of the process set up.

Come chat to us if you'd like to discuss further, we are happy to share our learnings.
