Try to set boundaries/expectations with anyone who will be home with you. Ask those who may be at home with you e.g. roommates, siblings, parents etc to respect your space during your designated working hours.

Although you are working from home it doesn't mean "you are home". By setting boundaries and expectations on when they can check in on you it will minimise any unnecessary distractions. 🤓
