In light of all the recent attention to Covid19, it is impractical to offer a service to you that requires visitation. Now that this is no longer possible in this space, the very least I can do is to be a sounding board for your tech related questions.

Until this awful virus is over, feel free to hit me up with your tech questions, large or small, for no fee. If I can't help you, I'll refer you to someone who can.

I also work in the education sector and administer a school laptop program, so if you have tech issues for your child, please let me know and I will assist, once again free of charge.

Had the pleasure of assisting Mark this week, with his partner's HP All-in-One PC that was having malware issues. Upgrade to Windows 10 and 1 year sub to Office 365 for a valued customer - Brendan. Some key shipment delays taking the shine off what was otherwise a very straight forward install. Let us know if you need an upgrade and I'll get the whip out on my software wholesaler!

I was happy to repair and return a secondary student with impact damage to his Lenovo X250 laptop today, despite the post cyclone weather, ensuing rain and early finish to term, and a parts delay from the supplier, the machine is now ready for delivery this afternoon so he can continue his studies. Sometimes it is financially better to repair over replacing - get in touch with us to see what suits you so we can assist choosing a cost effective option.

There are plenty of apps out there that claim to help you when you have tech issues, but you'll be paying for the lowest bidder. If you really need help with IT stuff, backups or virus removal let us know. No fee if it isn't fixed, fair pricing and a guarantee of service some random person won't give you 😎
