Most of the Small to Medium sized Agency Owners are heavily relying on UpWork and Freelancing Platforms OR at 1 Single Huge Client that probably can leave at anytime too!
B2C And B2B are normally practiced when it comes to Business Development but I strongly believe that Collaborations and having JVs can help you enter different markets without paying for the BD Resources in different regions BUT you can join hands with prominent corporate individuals to scale together as partners!
Had a productive session with Umair & Michelle as they talked about the importance of collaborations, what fascinated us to join hands to doing business together, understanding of roles, understanding of the current market situations in Australia, NZ & Gulf Regions, how to utilize each others' strengths to win business and score big and lastly what plans / strategies do we have in place to make this JV a successful one.
