We used to lose track of what clients actually said in meetings.
And it caused problems. Someone would ask “Did they want that feature?” and we’d have to rely on memory, which isn’t great for accuracy or the client experience.
So we started recording calls and saving transcripts in Notion. Now, when a question comes up, we search the transcript instead of relaying details between teams.
It’s simple, but it’s made handovers between sales and delivery much smoother.
