A big congratulations to our HSEQ Manager, Maria Florencia Goya, who recently completed the DNV Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Internal Auditor training course.

The course covered integrated risk management, management system standards, SHEQ performance monitoring, audit processes and auditing skills, with Flor successfully completing the required examination.

Ongoing professional development like this plays an important role in strengthening the knowledge and capability we have within our team, while supporting our continued focus on quality, safety, environmental responsibility and strong management systems across Pegasus.

Welcoming Craige Rathbone to Pegasus

We’re pleased to officially welcome Craige Rathbone to Pegasus Media & Logistics as our new General Manager.

Craige brings more than 30 years of experience across the print industry in Australia and South Africa, with a career spanning commercial leadership, sales, operations, production, estimating, procurement and strategic account management.

Throughout his career, Craige has led national sales and commercial functions, built and developed high-performing teams, and worked closely with major organisations across the retail, publishing, procurement and commercial print sectors.

His combination of technical print knowledge, commercial experience and operational leadership will be a valuable addition to Pegasus as we continue to grow and strengthen the business.

In his role as General Manager, Craige will work across our operational functions to support greater alignment between teams, strengthen day-to-day management and help drive the strategic initiatives underpinning our next phase of growth.

We’re excited to have Craige on board and look forward to the experience, leadership and perspective he brings to the team.

Introducing BUNDI

We’re excited to introduce BUNDI, a new joint venture bringing together Indigenous ownership with the procurement, sourcing and supply capability needed to support organisations across Australia.

BUNDI is an Indigenous-owned, Supply Nation registered business, established to provide organisations with a practical way to consolidate procurement while supporting their Indigenous procurement and social impact objectives.

Through BUNDI, customers can access a broad range of products and sourcing solutions — from workplace supplies, PPE and workwear to technology, furniture, equipment, promotional merchandise and specialised procurement.

For Pegasus, BUNDI represents an exciting extension of the solutions we can offer our customers and an opportunity to build new partnerships across procurement and supply.

A finished exhibition stand might be what everyone sees.

What they don’t see is everything it takes to get it there.

Preparing BUNDI for Supply Nation Connect 2026 brought together teams from across Pegasus – spanning artwork, prepress, print production, large format, industrial design, scheduling, finishing and despatch.

There were plenty of moving parts, tight deadlines and last-minute requirements to manage along the way.

But that’s also what made this project such a great demonstration of what can happen when so many capabilities exist within one business.

A huge thank you to everyone who was involved, from leadership, production staff, prepress and industrial design for jumping in, problem-solving and helping get everything across the line.

From an idea on screen to physical displays, printed collateral, product presentation and a finished exhibition space ready for the event – our teams worked together to make it happen.

The finished booth may have carried the BUNDI name, but there was a lot of Pegasus capability behind it.

We’re looking for an experienced Production Planner – Offset, Labels & Large Format Digital to join the Pegasus team in Blacktown, NSW.

This is a key role within our production team, helping ensure jobs are technically correct, fully prepared and ready to move through production efficiently.

We’re looking for someone with solid print industry experience and a strong understanding of offset, roll-fed labels and large format digital production — from prepress and materials through to finishing, packing and despatch. Experience with a print MIS/ERP is also important, with Tharstern experience highly regarded.

If you’re methodical, detail-focused and know what it takes to keep complex print jobs moving, we’d love to hear from you.

There’s plenty of talent behind the scenes at Pegasus – and not all of it is related to print, logistics or sourcing! 🎂

Meet Marites “Tes” Mendoza, our Accounts Payable Officer and the talented baker behind Tes’ Kitchen.

Many of us at Pegasus have been lucky enough to enjoy Tes’ creations over the years, from cakes and sweet treats to some seriously impressive custom designs.

Tes recently put her creative skills to work in another way, gathering and designing a special photobook for the retirement of our long-standing team member Ira Respecio.

Organising the surprise discreetly took some effort – particularly while Tes was also holding the fort in Accounts Payable!

Thank you, Tes, for always being willing to go that little bit further.

PEGASUS ENTERS FY27 WITH GROWTH, INVESTMENT AND A STRONG PIPELINE AHEAD

There’s a real sense of momentum across Pegasus as we move into FY27.
Over the past few months, I’ve had some very positive discussions with a number of our larger clients, while also seeing new organisations approach Pegasus about working with us. For me, that is one of the clearest signs that the work happening behind the scenes across the business is having an impact.

We’ve spent a considerable amount of time strengthening the foundations of the business — improving processes and procedures, completing major cross-functional projects and looking closely at where we need to invest next.

That work will continue through FY27.

We have plans to upgrade some of our existing equipment, onboard new clients and expand the work we do with our current customers. At the same time, teams across the business are leading their own projects and initiatives aimed at improving the way we operate and creating a better workplace for our people.

What has been particularly encouraging is that these improvements aren’t being driven by one department or leadership alone.

We have people across production, operations, sales, sourcing, logistics and our support functions stepping forward, challenging how things have traditionally been done and taking ownership of making them better.
That matters.

Pegasus has come a long way over the past 12 months, but we are not standing still. The conversations we are having with customers, the opportunities coming into the business and the improvements being delivered internally give me a great deal of confidence about what lies ahead.
As we head into what is traditionally one of our busiest periods, our focus is firmly on ex*****on — delivering for our existing customers, converting new opportunities and making the investments necessary to support the next stage of growth.

FY27 is shaping up to be an important year for Pegasus.

And I think we’re only just starting to see the results of the work that has been put in.

This month we farewelled our finance guru, Joe Fuentes, Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Analyst – yes, we promise that was his actual title!

Joe has been a valued member of the Pegasus team, always willing to step in wherever there was a gap in understanding, help get a task across the line or support someone navigating a challenging situation.

Beyond his contribution to Finance, Joe became someone people across the business could turn to for advice and support – and a great counsellor in general.

Joe’s last day with Pegasus was on 4th August. We would like to thank Joe for everything he contributed during his time with us.

All the very best for your next chapter, Joe. You’ll be missed!

♻️ Turning bottles into something bigger.

At Pegasus, we’re always looking for practical ways to reduce waste, involve our people and give back to the wider community.

That’s why we’ve introduced our new Return & Earn initiative across our sites.

We’ve designed and produced dedicated container recycling bins where our team can drop off eligible bottles and cans, with 10 cents from every container collected going towards a year-end charity donation.

But the best part? Our people decide where it goes.

At the end of the year, Pegasus staff will vote for the charity they’d like the funds donated to – and once the final amount is counted, Pegasus will match it dollar-for-dollar, doubling what we’ve raised together.

It’s a simple idea:
