Just Press Play is still around and still building and repairing. Complete laptop casing swap done a few weeks ago. Original case was damaged, so all the client's parts (motherboard, lcd etc) were put into a second hand good condition casing.
After more than 15 years in PCs, there's still no better feeling than that first boot up when you've been fixing something.

Nice clean out for Damien over the weekend, as well as setting up a better fan profile to reduce noise and setup intakes/exhausts correctly to create better air flow and reduce dust build up in the future.

It's throwback Thursday!
This week I'm going all the way back to 2003! This was the first pc I ever purchased for myself (and I still have it!) Pentium III 550Mhz slot 1, a whopping 96mb of ram, 15gb hard drive and 64mb nvidia mx440 agp graphics card. I thought I was king of the world with this thing.

JPP had our first client today who travelled all the way from Lake Macquarie! Unfortunately I had to give him bad news with his 4th generation Intel system, but I helped him out with another system I had spare, and combined with the graphics card from his old PC, he's now got quite a decent little rig. Thanks for your business!
