The biggest IT risk I see in most businesses isn’t outdated systems. It’s not really knowing who owns it. When something breaks, is there a clear plan or is there that awkward few seconds where everyone looks at each other waiting for someone to take control?

That’s what creates stress. Not the technology. The lack of clarity around it.

Once ownership is clear, everything feels a lot calmer.

Projects at this scale don’t happen by accident, they’re coordinated properly with everyone playing their part.

It looks like a lot of boxes right now but in a few weeks, it’ll just be business as usual for our client — running on their new cloud phone system.

That’s the goal. Just systems working the way they should.

Meet Aaron!

Aaron is the owner of Acelink and the person ultimately responsible for… well, everything.

He spends his time making sure things are set up properly, checked regularly and owned by someone who can’t suddenly “step out for a meeting” when there’s a problem

Aaron believes:
"That’ll do” isn’t a strategy
Temporary fixes are rarely temporary
Printers have a personal vendetta against business owners

He built Acelink on the idea that doing it properly once is far less painful than apologising for it twice.

If something feels organised, structured and slightly over-checked… That wasn’t an accident.

Meet Tim!

Tim is one of our senior technicians here at Acelink and the person working quietly (or loudly, in some cases) in the background on more complex technical issues, systems and automation.

Tim’s favourite thing to receive on a Monday morning is a massive, complex project full of small issues to solve.

He focuses on solving the harder problems, improving how things run behind the scenes and making sure issues don’t keep coming back.

If things feel smoother, faster or more reliable over time, there’s a good chance Tim has had a hand in it.
