A further update as the Covid-19 outbreak continues to escalate and has a bigger impact on our staff, customers and community.
Here at TBC Plus IT, we are still open for business with our commitment during this period, to maintain the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and community. We are ensuring we continue to provide vital ICT support to our customers, so in turn, keeping their businesses operational.
Already, we have assisted in enabling some 5000 based client employees in working from home, to keep them connected with their business and colleagues during this challenging period.
During this period, or until we have any changes from the Federal Government, our Office and Showroom will remain open. However, we have taken the decision to close the showroom Saturday mornings for the immediate future. Our IT helpdesk will remain as per normal with 24/7 access for any IT issues, along with after hours telecommunication support for any Telstra related matters or changes that may arise.
We have taken the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the virus, and each of our team members has been educated about the gravity of this matter and the Federal Government's basic protective measures.
We are taking this matter very seriously, as the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and team is our top priority. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
