Sales Assistant – Mobile Phone Sales & Repairs
Full-time / Part-time / Casual Positions
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our mobile phone sales and repair shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, selling mobile phones and accessories, promoting repair services, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and repair services
• Explain product features, pricing, warranties, and promotions
• Promote and upsell accessories such as cases, chargers, screen protectors, etc.
• Receive devices for repair and explain repair processes and timelines
• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organized product displays
• Track inventory and report low stock
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Previous retail or sales experience (mobile phone experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest, reliable, proactive and goal-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in mobile phone repair (basic troubleshooting knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Sales-driven mindset
