🔒 IMPORTANT WEBSITE SECURITY UPDATE
You may have seen recent news about a PHP security vulnerability affecting websites, including those running WordPress.
I want to reassure my Web and Print Hub clients that I'm aware of the alert and have completed a review of the PHP settings across all the websites I host.
I'm pleased to confirm that all websites have been checked and the necessary PHP security protections are in place.
Our hosting environment manages PHP security updates at server level, and I've carried out these additional checks as a precaution.
💻 A FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
While PHP security is managed through our hosting environment, keeping WordPress, your website theme and installed plugins updated is just as important.
Security vulnerabilities are becoming increasingly common, so I strongly recommend checking for updates at least once a week.
For clients already on my Basic Website Maintenance Plan, thank you for trusting me to look after your website! Your regular software updates are already taken care of.
If you're managing your own website updates and would prefer to leave that to me, just get in touch.
Most importantly, there's no need to panic. Your website's PHP security has been reviewed, and I'm continuing to keep an eye on things.
Cheers
Jules :)
