Hard to believe this was 5 years ago.
We walked into this empty shop on Jessie Street with a rough idea and a lot of unknowns. Back then it was just Daniel Baldwin IT and nTech & Communications kicking things around… not yet New England Business Technology.
Crazy how quickly time moves. Grateful for how far it’s come—and for all the people who’ve been part of the journey along the way.

Today we say goodbye to a very special part of the NEBT family — Wesley Ames, his wife Martina, and their family.
We hired Wesley in August 2022 as a trainee, and he made the big move from Sydney with his family to join us. Over the years, he grew into an exceptional technician, completing his traineeship and becoming someone our team and clients truly relied on.
Martina also became part of the NEBT story, supporting the office in countless ways behind the scenes.
Wesley is, without question, the quietest American we’ve ever met — but his impact has been anything but quiet. He has been an incredible employee, a steady presence, and someone we will genuinely miss. We know many of our clients will feel the same.
As Wesley and his family head overseas for their next chapter, we wish them all the very best. Any organisation would be lucky to have him — he is an absolute asset.
