We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused team member to join our workshop and on-site support team.

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Computer Technician / IT Support Specialist to help our customers with:
• Diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Hardware upgrades and installations (RAM, SSDs, GPUs, etc.)
• Virus/malware removal and system optimisation
• Data backup and recovery
• Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• In-store and on-site customer support
• Sales assistance and product recommendations

What We're Looking For
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows and MacOS systems
• Practical experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service skills (patient, friendly, and clear communicator)
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Current NSW driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (highly desirable)
• Formal training and experience highly desirable, but not necessary depending on demonstrated skillset and shown initiative
