COMPUTER TECHNICIAN WANTED!

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team at Ed's PCs in Alexandra Hills. This is a casual role to begin with, with the opportunity to transition into part-time employment upon completion of training. The position is based in Alexandra Hills, Queensland.

What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair a wide range of computer hardware and software issues including
Repairing and upgrading desktop computers and laptops
Virus & Spyware Removal
Performing diagnostics & troubleshooting problems
Installing new hardware and software
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a professional manner

What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications or certifications in computer/IT support or a related field

Experience in disassembling Laptops, Desktops, Consoles & Reassembling

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience replacing mobile phone \ tablet screens will be welcome but not required
