Hi all I just wanted to inform everyone that due to no work and working 5 days a week as a Education Assistant I have decided to close Smithys IT.
I would like to thank everyone who supported me over the last few years. A huge thank to Nicola Edwards who built my website and was amazing at doing so.

Hi everyone this is just a post about the expense of samsung device repairs. I have quite a few people enquiring about samsung and are suprised about the costs.
Samsung screens are not cheap to buy and the labour is quite involved.
The labour includes careful heating and cutting of glass back so it doesn't crack,
Removal of screws nfc card and plastic frame.
Then it's the removal of motherboard and charging port as well as batteries. Once this is done all parts are transferred to new screen screwed down and resealed. All this takes time.
I just wanted people to understand processes involved with samsung repairs.

Hi all
I have been noticing alot of people buying 2nd hand iphones
Please check with the seller that
Icloud and all Apple ids have been disabled.
If this is not done the phone is useless unless the seller helps the buyer.
Please be considerate when selling these phones
Also as buyers please go though set up with the buyer if you get to the Apple id ask the seller to enter details if not dont buy the phone and waist your money
