We hear these words a lot.

Productivity.
Efficiency.
Optimisation.

They’re good things. Important things.
But, somewhere along the way, they’ve started to sound like buzzwords.

Shorthand for

"getting more done with less.”

And in strata, that definition doesn’t quite sit right.

Because productivity isn’t about squeezing more out of people.
It’s not about faster replies at all costs.
And it’s definitely not about asking good managers to carry more and more, just to keep up.

Real productivity is quieter than that.

It shows up as fewer emails to triage. Fewer follow-ups to chase. Fewer moments where work gets lost between systems.

It’s the removal of friction. So the time and energy that there can go into the work that matters.

The judgement calls. The conversations. The relationships that sit at the heart of strata.

In a people-led industry, productivity isn’t a numbers game. It’s a capacity game.

When work is structured and communication has a clear home, managers aren’t rushed.

We’ve had five engagements, three weddings, two babies. We celebrated our sixth birthday, seven new teammates, raised $4m in capital. We won an award and were even in the news a few times.

We saved the industry over 70,000 emails - equalling over $106k and 1650 hours.

This was an absolutely huge year for team Resvu, with so many milestones ticked off in every part of the business. And of course, in true Resvu fashion, we had a tonne of fun doing it.

And we’re just getting started…

Resvu's goal remains to reimagine the community management experience through software that drives improvements in management efficiency and homeowner satisfaction…

bringing a positive change to the industry!

2024 is going to be our biggest & best year yet, and we believe in what we’re doing so much that we’re calling it now… in 2024 we’re going to save ONE MILLION emails from clogging up community manager’s inboxes.

Email traffic in and is killing the industry. And we’re here to fix it.
