Australian Executive Womens Network AUSTRALIAN EXECUTIVE WOMENS NETWORK & AWARE AEWN was founded in Adelaide in 1986 and expanded Australia wide in the ninties. AEWN had 19 active branches Aust.

An Award for Executive Women was launched in 1987 and went national with the support of MLC Life, Telecom and many other sponsors. wide until Telstra took over the Award and renamed it in 1995. Its now the Telstra Business Women's Awards.
