Alpage AL-300 stereo cassette tape deck. Top of the range flagship model. Alpage was a division of ALPINE. This was their top model that was designed to compete with the very best decks in the world at the time like the nakamichi and AIWA. Closed loop dual capstan. 3 head. Made in Japan. Removable remote control unit! One of the most beautiful decks ever made! The build quality is stunning! This one has just been serviced and is in excellent working order. I’ve replaced all three belts, cleaned and lubricated the mechanism, cleaned and demagnetized the heads and adjusted the azimuth and bias. The playback and record quality is amazing! A nice one for the collector. $1500
