Embedding model for search and retrieval. Runs on almost anything.
Small 3B models for classification, extraction, routing. Fast, cheap, good enough for most daily tasks.
30B-class models only where reasoning depth actually matters.

The common mistake: routing every request to the biggest model, then concluding on-prem hardware is too expensive. Match the model to the task and one machine covers more than most teams expect.
