Fantastic offsite with our Customer Care team in Kraków! ✨

We gathered in Kraków for a few dedicated days together. With our colleagues spread between Austria and Ukraine, it proved to be the ideal spot to meet in the middle. It was a wonderful opportunity to bridge distance and simply connect in person.

During the retreat, we dived deep into our strategic processes to make our support even better, but the real highlight was everything in between - sharing great meals, exploring the beautiful sights of the city, and enjoying genuine, quality time together.

Grateful for this passionate team and the strong bond we share across borders! ❤️

It was intense - but a powerful reminder of how tough this job really is and who we’re building our tools for every single day.

Data Team Retreat at Lake Balaton 📊

3 days in a fantastic Airbnb right by the lake, swapping the office for panoramic views.

Elona, Mathilde, and Daniel took a short break from the daily routine and traveled to Hungary for a dedicated Team Retreat. It was the perfect setup for some uninterrupted focus on data processes, deep-dive sessions, and brainstorming together.

Between work sessions, they also made time to explore the area, go for a swim in Lake Balaton, and simply enjoy time together as a team.

Changing up the workspace every now and then does wonders for fresh perspective and team alignment. 🚀

Screen On, Snacks In, Team Up🍿

Last week, the Formunauts team came together at Artis cinema for our annual Movie Night! ✨

We grabbed our favorite cinema snacks and settled in to watch the incredible documentary "Ocean" with David Attenborough - a truly powerful reminder of the importance of protecting our planet. The film set the perfect tone for an insightful follow-up presentation by Aris, before we wrapped up the evening with drinks and good conversations.

Events like these are a great reminder of how valuable it is to step back, get inspired together, and strengthen our team bond outside the daily routine.

Sweet relief from the summer heat ✨

With Vienna hitting a sizzling 39°C yesterday, our Front Office team came up with the absolute best way to survive the heatwave: an official Formunauts Ice Cream Day! 🔥

We spent our lunch break cooling down, catching up, and enjoying a wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors together. Nothing brings a team together quite like a sweet, icy treat when the temperatures skyrocket.

A huge shoutout to our incredible Front Office team for organizing such a delicious refreshment! 🍦

Our product team is growing, and we're thrilled to have two outstanding new colleagues on board.

👏 Iva joins us as Senior Frontend Engineer, bringing her technical skills to craft seamless digital experiences.
