That was one of the central messages from Gilmar Barretella’s presentation, “Transforming Guest Experience in the AI Era,” yesterday at the Hospitality Tech Expo.

Gilmar explored how hotels can use AI to answer everyday guest questions, support their teams, and deliver a more consistent experience, all while keeping hospitality at the heart of it all.
